- Carlos Mac★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They did the whole upstairs bath from scratch....I asked them to set the floor tile as close as possible
but they decided to go and do the opposite. Their excuse was that they did that for warranty purposes...6 months later I noticed mold on the ceiling of a room that is under that bathroom.
Guess what? Water is leaking from the toilet base. Its not a good seal job they did.
Its been over 2 months since I have been calling them. They said they will show up and never do.....
They said they call me back and never do...This guy John is the contractor who I spoke on the phone with about the warranty...the last thing he told me was that I bought a defective toilet....
Never again with these people...Haven't heard back from them since....
